Pre-made items- Copper/slate & Water Wonder series –

Simply choose the item you want from our pre-made Waterfeature page and call us at 210-632-5511or e-mail us at sales@waterworksunlimited.net and we will answer any questions you have about the products, process your order and let you know when you will receive your unit and if there are any shipping costs. Many of our units do not have shipping fees. Most units require minimal, if any, assembly and come with instructions.

Semi-custom Waterwalls –

These units are made to order from the size options listed. These units usually take 2-4 weeks to complete and can be shipped most anywhere. You can create you own custom Waterwall with 4 simple steps:

1. Choose a size.  Width sizes range from 2’-5’ and height sizes are 8’ or 10’.  If the size you’re looking for is wider than our offered sizes you can install multiple units together or order a custom size from our custom department. If the unit size you want is shorter than 8’or 10’, custom cut downs can be done to any height below 10’ for $600.00.

2. Choose a finish. This is the finish color and type for the frame and holding basin. There are 10 colors to choose from. See color chart at “Semi Custom” link.

3. Choose the water surface. You can choose from 7 different colors of glass, copper, stainless, scored acrylic, or colored paint. (model 105 has limited options)

4. Choose options or upgrades. Each unit comes with a pump, filter, polished rocks, and rock tray. Choose a rear-mount basin(used for units against a wall) or a center-mount basin (used on units going in the middle of a room). Available upgrades include custom logo etching, vinyl logos, waterwall uplights, an auto-fill and drain feature, UV sterilizer, and a waterwall shelving kit.

Custom Waterwalls & Firefeatures –

For custom work, call WATERWORKS Unlimited at 210-632-5511 and ask for Todd. He will explain the process and get you started on creating a set of plans (if needed) to install your project. After the plans are complete Todd will work with you to schedule the job. The installation of custom Waterfeatures sometimes involves work by other contractors before or after we show up to install the waterfeature. This work may include framing, drywall, paint, electrical, drainage etc., depending on the design. Typically, our set of design plans inform and direct everyone involved. Todd and a small crew will fly or drive to you to get the job done.
